In the 2024 summer flight schedule, the German holiday airline Condor will also be flying to San Antonio in the US state of Texas from Frankfurt am Main. The carrier claims that this is the only non-stop connection from Europe to date.
The airline currently plans to serve the new destination seasonally between May and September 2024. Airbus A330-900s will generally be used as aircraft. For some time now, Condor has been replacing the aging Boeing 767 with the factory-new Airbus A330neo. They also have some A330-200s.
According to the airline, the Frankfurt-San Antonio route will be operated on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the summer of 2024. In addition to San Antonio, Miami, Florida has also been added to the 2024 summer flight schedule with three weekly connections. Additionally, Calgary, Alberta returns with two weekly flights.
