The Boeing 737-Max-200 in question flew from Krakow to Stockholm-Arlanda on December 10, 2023 under flight number FR4627. The buzz plane reached its destination on time at around 8:11 am. There were technical problems before the return flight. The SP-RZG has the parking position in Arlanda to see and drive on the way towards the runway. However, this process was aborted after a few moments.
A spokesman for the Ryanair Group said of the incident, in which there were no official reports of any injuries: “A buzz plane reported fumes in the cabin in Arlanda this morning. As precautionary measures, passengers were evacuated and returned to the terminal. Buzz engineers inspected the aircraft and a replacement aircraft was sent to Arlanda to operate the flight to Krakow with an estimated departure time of 2 p.m. (local time). We sincerely apologize to the affected passengers for this delay, which we are doing everything we can to minimize. “Refreshment vouchers were issued to passengers in Arlanda”.
